Katina Ann Zepp

I began my career in 1985 specializing in asset management of commercial properties, working REO/banks assets, handling budgets of the assets and dispositions of the portfolios. This led to working directly with the FDIC in the Special Asset Division. My territory included Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arizona and California.   As vice president of this division, my responsiblities encompassed all facets of asset management, including but not limited to; budget preparations, market analysis, asset valuations, re-tenanting projects, renovations, construction management, and overseeing the leasing and management of each asset and preparing them for sale. In 1993 the ZEPP Company was founded. I maintain a well-earned reputation for experience, proactivity, hard work, and thoroughness.

During the past 34 + years I have been involved in the sale of land parcels for the development and sale of Office, Medical Office and Residential uses. Medical-Healthcare real estate efforts have been specific to (1) site selection and development of land for medical office and office condos. (2) sales of medical office and office condos as well as (3) Senior Living, Skilled Care Nursing, Alzheimer, and Assisted Living Facilities. In order to help increase the potential for success, I and the ZEPP COMPANYl assist you to set-up and conduct the pre-development meetings to start the process for the development of the selected property. I will also help with other follow up meetings as requested and appropriate.

I have been, and continue to be involved representing clients in the purchase of land for the development of office and medical office product as well as mixed use residential developments. In this regard, my efforts include working towards implementation of the zoning & development of the land which could include but not limited to:

  1. The sale or purchase of land parcels for Master Planned Communities, including working towards obtaining entitlements if required.
  2. Representing physician groups for the purchase and development of medical office projects.
  3. Representing investors and owner/users for the purchase of land for specific type developments which entail but are not limited to a combination of Retail/Office/Medical Office, Pre-School Uses and Mixed Use Developments.
